I spend one week at Tricia’s house in Denver, Colorado a few weeks ago. Now I realize how much she is into the sport. The only thing she want to do when she gets back from work is: walk his dog and right after go skate, every single day of the week. I dont know how that is call… passion ? Love? She might be a bit shy when you just meet her but once she straps in she will be able to enjoy in every single part of the park, rail, ledges, manuals, bowls, funbox… She can ride everything… That’s what surprise me the most.
So here it is Tricia Dunn, a roll model to follow girls!

So Tricia what’s up?
Did you skate today?
No, not today. I had to work late, but I’m planning on hitting up the skatepark in the morning.
What park are you gone hit tomorrow? Any tricks in special you want to train?
I’m planning on riding Wheel Skatepark. I want to work on backside crooks, backside 5.0’s and switch frontside lipsides just to name a few.
Are you filming for any video coming soon?
No video right now. Just what we filmed while you were in town. I need to work on some new stuff.
Did you film a street section or park?
Both street and park.
Where is your dream to go ride?
There are a lot places I’d like to ride someday, but my dream place would be Barcelona. The street spots look amazing.
So when do you think your dream will come true? Maybe 2014?
I wish, but I have a few other trips planned before I can make it to Barcelona. I hope to make it there within the next few years.
So tell me, what are your plans for the nexts monhts…?
I am going to be busy working on some new tricks before I make my trip out to Cali in April for the SoCal Streetboard tour.
So you are gone join the SoCal Streetboard tour? These are great news Tricia!!
I am and I can’t wait.
Tell me the last trick you learned…
Hmm… Last new trick? I’m starting to learn 270 to frontside boardslides on rails. I don’t have them dialed yet, but I’m working on it.
That’s a sweet trick, I love 270, is one of my favourite tricks. Do you do some flips?
It is a lot of fun. At the moment I only throw flips into the foam.
Today I saw that a profesional girl snowbaorder, Anna Gasser, landing a switch double rodeo… Do you see your self doing that in the future?
Wow! I see myself landing a misty flip in the future, but a sw double cork sounds a little extreme.
YES! It’s a bit extreme, I’m agree. Do you have any sponsors at the moment?
This is a touchy subject sergi.
Does anyone help you with material?
You are a lucky girl… Are you working on putting your self out there to find more sponsors?
I plan on it soon.
Btw, are you going to the World Championships in Germany ?
I wish I could, but I won’t be able to make it.
Do you think you will make a living from streetboarding?
I don’t believe I will make a living from streetboarding even though it would be a dream come true, but I’m going to enjoy all of the adventures it will bring.
But it can happen… Who do you think will win the miniramp World Cup?
There are so many good riders out there. I honestly don’t have a clue.
That’s a really save answer Tricia… Anyway what’s your set up board?
I’m really happy with my current setup. I’m running the Dimension Nomad bar, Cartel foot plates, Respeckt bindings, Demon trucks, Bones Reds bearings and as always Bones STF wheels. My favorite so far.
Actually they are damm great the STF, I’m agree with you… I like your set up, I’m sure you are going fast as hell, your boards sounds smooth.
Tricia thanks for your time. Its been a pleasure to know more about you. If you want to say a last words or any thanks or what ever feel free. Looking fowards to see you in April in SoCal Tour.
I just want to say thanks to everyone who has helped me along the way. Also thank you Sergi for this interview and taking the time to film me while you were in Colorado. I will be counting down the days until the SoCal tour.
It’s 160 days left hope to see all this new tricks we writed down for you to learn!
Lol! Thanks for the heads up. I’m working on it.
